YOUR TASKS
* Supporting project management in the planning, coordination and implementation of a global business transformation project
* Assisting in the creation, preparation and follow-up of presentations, reports and decision-making documents, including the analysis and preparation of relevant information and results
* Supporting the coordination and tracking of project activities, including monitoring deadlines, milestones and resources, as well as communication between various project teams and stakeholders
* Responsibility for ensuring data hygiene, including the quality and consistency of data, as well as the preparation of reports
* Responsibility for data storage, including structuring documents and maintaining information resources
YOUR PROFILE
* Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics or similar
* Initial practical experience in consulting, strategy, project management or business transformation is an advantage
* Very good written and spoken German and English
* Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to present complex issues quickly and comprehensibly
* Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* High IT/data affinity
* Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
