Ecolab is seeking a Sales Development Manager to help grow our Institutional business, which offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality ers include restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

What You Will Do:
10. Increase Ecolab Institutional market share. Target markets will include, but are not limited to - Health and Aged Care (public and private), Hospitality (Hotel/Motels), Government facilities (Armed forces), Private Schools, Local Government, FSR (chain business), Restaurants
11. Achieve new business sales targets established as part of the budgeting process.
12. Ensure growth via new business is profitable by working to strict pricing guidelines
13. Conduct technical surveys to ensure a targeted Ecolab program
14. Prepare and present presentations to convey the Ecolab value proposition and secure new business
15. Construct basic customer rollout plans to ensure the customer and field team clearly understand the expectation
16. Work with the field team and act as the one voice of Ecolab during prospecting, proposals and presentations
17. Manage the relationship transition to the Regional/State sales team or Corporate Accounts
18. Participate in trainings involving a combination of classroom and on the job assessments
19. Build and foster industry contacts via networking, trade shows, functions and equipment suppliers
20. Work in collaboration with Territory Managers, District Sales Managers, Corporate Account Managers and Regional/State Managers to achieve the desired sales outcome.
Minimum Qualifications:
21. Bachelor’s Degree
22. 4 years of outside sales experience
23. Willing to be on call during off hours and weekends
24. Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
25. No Immigration Sponsorship available
Preferred Qualifications:
26. Previous sales development experience within the Institutional market sectors
27. A solid understanding of Ecolab products, services and systems with a focus on their application in the Institutional markets.
28. Be results-orientated and possess a strong track record in a business to business selling role
29. Be accustomed to growing the business by negotiating and winning new business at the executive level
30. Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
31. Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
32. Possess exceptional negotiation skills and a passion to deliver and exceed client expectations
