Job Description
1. Overall responsibility for the planning, organization, and control of all kitchen processes
2. Leadership and motivation of the kitchen team
3. Ensuring outstanding food and product presentation
4. Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP standards.
5. Duty roster and vacation planning
Qualifications
6. Experience in an operational management role (, as a kitchen manager) in the hotel, restaurant, or catering industry
7. Training as a chef and several years of professional experience as a chef and/or catering specialist
8. Highest standards of quality and responsibility
9. Ability to work independently
10. Passion and dedication to the profession and attention to detail
11. High level of personal commitment, hands-on mentality, resilience, and flexibility (shift work)
12. Knowledge of German and English
