We are not just hiring a manager; we are looking for a Strategic Partner—someone with a "Founder Mindset" to become the face of Assetara in your region.

RESPONSIBILITIES As the Branch Manager, your mission is to build Assetaras physical and commercial presence:
1. Office Operations: Handle all aspects of office setup, management, and daily administration independently.
2. Client Consultation: Conduct in-person and online (Zoom) consultations to guide clients through our AI financial platform.
3. Brand Representation: Distribute promotional materials and act as the primary contact for local investors and clients.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (THE GAME CHANGER)
1. Base Salary Pathway:
* Month 1 (Setup Phase): $100 support for logistics, travel, and office securing. This is a probationary period to prove your management capability.
* Post-Launch: $500/month fixed base salary once the office is fully operational.
2. Commission Tiers (High-Yield): You earn direct commission on the capital brought in by clients:
* Tier 1: 8% (e.g., Client invests $10,000 You earn $800 instantly).
* Tier 2 - 5: Additional bonuses from 2.5% down to 0.5%.
With a consistent client network, your total take-home income can easily exceed $5,000/month.
REQUIREMENTS
* Strong passion for Fintech, Crypto, and AI technology.
* Independent Operator: Ability to set up and run an office solo without constant supervision.
* Results-Driven: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Success is a huge plus.
