For our partner company in the healthcare sector based in Bad Kreuznach, we are looking for an Application Manager / IT Project Manager for Clinical Systems (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
In this central interface function, you will assume technical responsibility for complex clinical applications such as PDMS or imaging and independently manage the entire project cycle for the implementation of new software solutions. You will act as a strategic consultant for the internal departments in order to sustainably optimize digital processes in the hospital environment and translate requirements precisely into the IT strategy. In doing so, you will confidently coordinate external service providers and manufacturer interfaces and ensure a high level of user acceptance of the supported systems through targeted training concepts.
A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks
7. Technical responsibility for clinical applications such as imaging, PDMS and discharge management
8. Holistic control of the project cycle and requirements management for implementation projects
9. Coordination of the introduction of new software solutions and HIS subsystems
10. Advising internal departments on digital process optimization
11. Planning and organizing user training for the supported systems
12. Interface management and communication with external manufacturers and service providers
Your profile
13. Knowledge in the coordination and organization of projects, ideally in the IT environment
14. Experience in clinical and administrative hospital processes
15. Understanding of hospital IT technologies and standards such as HL7 or FHIR
16. Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
17. High affinity for optimizing complex system landscapes
