Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy to enhance the company’s brand awareness, reputation and influence, to support new product launch campaigns to build up the new product awareness, consideration and preference among media and consumers from a PR perspective.
* Be responsible for establishing in-depth cooperative relationships with the extensive media landscape, expanding media resources, and precisely connecting with media channels to ensure the efficient dissemination of the company’s news, activities and other content.
* Excellent story telling and influential skills to pitch media and position topics/products in relevant media.
* Monitor public opinion dynamics and respond to various public relations crises in a timely manner, formulate effective response strategies to safeguard the company’s brand image.
* Write high-quality news articles, promotional copy for new product launch, press release and promotional campaign articles etc.
* Plan and organize large-scale public relations activities, from conception creation to on-site execution and follow-up, to guarantee that the activity effects meet the expected goals.
* Preparation and execution of press conferences, roundtables, and press trips
* Continuous press monitoring and product-related reporting
* Collaborate with various internal departments of the company, integrate resources and help business departments meet their publicity and promotion needs.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in public relations, journalism, media etc. are preferred.
* More than 5-8 years of working experience in the public relations, in either Consumer electronic or PR agency or Media area.
* Possess rich media resources and very good media cooperative relationships, and be familiar with the operation modes of various media.
* Have excellent abilities in planning and executing public relations activities, and those with successful cases are preferred.
* Have a keen insight into public opinion and the ability to handle public relations crises, and be able to respond calmly under high pressure.
* Excel in copywriting as well as communication, coordination and team management skills.
* Excellent written and spoken English and German.
* High level of comprehension, flexibility, creativity, and, above all, the ability to work in an international team

* Excellent multi-task management skills, ability to work under pressure, willing to take challenges and make it possible.
