Your mission:
* Drive the full B2B sales cycle: Discovery, Demo, Negotiation, Closing.
* Target IPPs, project developers, utilities – expand our ICP and build strategic accounts.
* Leverage social selling, events, and your network to win new business and boost our presence.
* Represent suena at industry events, generate leads, and position yourself as a thought leader.
* Share market insights to optimize our sales processes and product offering.
* 3+ years in B2B SaaS/Tech sales, ideally with complex, consultative cycles and high deal values.
* Proven track record in new business, multi-stakeholder sales (Mid-Market/Enterprise).
* Strong academic background (BSc/MSc/MBA in Business/Economics or related).
* Fluent German (C1/C2) and solid English (B2+).
* Experience or strong interest in energy trading, PPAs, or renewables is a plus.
* Digital native: CRM, data-driven sales, and AI tools are second nature.
