Our Diagnostics business continues to grow at pace, and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Specialist – Diagnostics (Cervical Health) to help accelerate that momentum across South West Germany. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the region’s sales strategy, developing high‑value customer relationships and identifying new opportunities to expand our presence. What to Expect Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers through regular sales calls, presentations, and strategic account engagement. Introduce and expand adoption of Hologic’s diagnostic portfolio through effective upselling and solution‑focused discussions. Develop trusted partnerships with both existing and new customers across the region. Execute sales strategies and initiatives quickly and effectively to drive market growth. Deliver an outstanding customer experience through exceptional relationship management, service, and support. Act as a passionate ambassador for the Hologic brand and our mission in women’s health. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. Drive regional success by managing territories, setting priorities, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Travel across the region while collaborating with a team of experienced and highly motivated sales professionals. What We Expect Experience selling diagnostic solutions and a solid understanding of the sales cycle for both capital equipment and consumables in laboratory environments. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Cytology, Pathology, Digital Pathology, or Molecular Diagnostics. A proven record of consistently exceeding sales targets. The ability to thrive in a performance‑driven environment focused on revenue growth and profitability. Strong knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and decision‑making processes. Experience driving change, introducing new strategies, and influencing stakeholders in a collaborative way.
