Their platforms automate and optimise diagnostic workflows used by healthcare providers across Europe - contributing directly to improved patient care and operational efficiency.
As they expand their cloud capabilities, they’re now looking for a Senior .NET Cloud Engineer to strengthen their agile Cloud Competence Team and help scale systems used in real-world medical environments. Your Role:
* Work within an agile team that embraces a start-up mentality and lives by the principle "cloud-native by nature."
* Develop and maintain cloud-based microservices using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security .
* Contribute to a modular, distributed architecture following best practices such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture.
* Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
* Integrate and improve CI/CD pipelines to automate, build, test, and deployment workflows (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Your Profile:
* Degree in Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* Experience developing cloud-native applications within the .NET ecosystem, ideally with ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework .
* Familiar with containerisation and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes), and integrating cloud services (e.g. Azure Functions, Storage, Service Bus) .
* Solid understanding of distributed systems and platform-independent architecture.
* Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
* Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and enthusiastic about team-driven delivery.
