The team is hiring an RF Engineer to contribute to the design, implementation, and support of RF communication systems. This role will involve working across projects that demand technical accuracy, system reliability, and seamless integration, ensuring robust performance in demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and test RF systems and subsystems for satellite communication applications, including large antenna systems and associated equipment
* Define and validate RF requirements in collaboration with system, hardware, and software teams
* Conduct integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting both in the lab and on-site
* Perform and support Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT & SAT) for RF systems
* Liaise with customers, project managers, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery
* Create technical documentation including specifications, test plans, and reports
* Stay ahead of emerging RF and satellite communication technologies
Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical, Communications, or RF Engineering (or equivalent)
* Significant RF engineering experience, ideally within SatCom or ground station environments
* Strong knowledge of RF system design, measurement techniques, and signal propagation
* Experience with RF test equipment (spectrum/network analysers, signal generators)
* Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Willingness to travel internationally for project delivery and customer support
* Must be a citizen of a NATO country
* Excellent English skills; German is a bonus
Location:
* Primarily remote within a NATO country, with occasional travel to Backnang, Germany and international client sites
Salary:
* Up to €80,000 depending on experience
