Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update employee records, including personnel file and employment documentation.
* Manage and track employees’ attendance, vacation, and leave records, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
* Support employee relations by assisting with communication, resolving minor issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
* Ensure HR operations comply with local labor laws and employment regulations in the EU.
* Support the process of work permit and visa applications for international employees.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
* Coordinate with payroll and accounting to ensure accurate HR data and salary inputs.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an international or EU context.
* Familiarity with EU labor laws or HR practices is an advantage.
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and German (French, or other EU languages are a plus).
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
