Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Force.com Developer to design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, build user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML, and CSS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This role involves designing and developing custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, building user interfaces with LWC, HTML, and CSS, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of successful projects, proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs, and experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
* Build user interfaces using LWC, HTML, and CSS to enhance client experiences.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams: business/functional analysts, developers, architects.
* Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms.
* Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating flows, validation rules etc...
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality code standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Force.com Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
* Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
* Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, and governor limits.
* Salesforce Experience Cloud knowledge is a plus.
* Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II) is preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in both English for effective communication and documentation.
