You lead the management reporting and forecasting for a globally active business group with divisions across multiple industries, partnering with senior leaders and driving modernization across reporting, processes, and systems.* **Reporting & Forecasting:** Lead the monthly management reporting and forecasting process, delivering transparency on key business drivers, ensuring high data quality and providing clear presentations for top management.* **Analysis:** Manage in-depth and ad-hoc analyses of business performance, delivering decision-ready insights to support our operational and strategic goals.* **Planning:** Drive the operative and strategic planning process across the group to shape the future direction and development of the business group.* **Business Partnering:** Closely cooperate with the Board of Management, senior management of divisions, and corporate functions by providing financial expertise.
