Following a new contract opening in november 2025 with a major client, Newrest Frankfurt is looking for a new talent to join a growing Supply chain team and be part of the country’s growth.
Under the responsibility of the Unit manager based in Frankfurt, the Supply Manager is in charge of:
4. Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse/logistics consolidation
5. Ensure that purchases are made on time.
6. Cost management: buying the right products in the right quantities, while using our Software Winrest
7. Ensures that deliveries are in line with orders placed.
8. Manage the supply chain organization
9. Team management, planning and distribution of tasks.
10. Strategically manage the warehouse in line with company policies and vision.
11. Ensure warehouse tidiness and cleanliness.
12. Organize daily outings with departments.
13. Communicate with the CSM on stock levels to manage orders and avoid stock-outs.
14. Rotate product as appropriate, provide designated items to appropriate department
15. Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion
16. Conduct inbound processes of new merchandise in accordance with guidelines and following all prescribed procedures, ability to understand specificities for each airline
17. This position is responsible for all day-to-day warehouse/ inventory/logisitics activities in the facility
18. This role will include the physical and administrative handling of merchandise
Perfil
Profile
19. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus
20. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain management, preferably within food industry
21. Knowledge of supply chain best practices
22. Familiarity with supply chain software, including inventory management and forecasting tools
23. Comfortable in using Excel and familiar with an ERP
24. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
25. Negotiation and communication capabilities
26. Valid Driving License
27. Ability and agility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
28. Fluent in English and German.
29. Ability to work mornings, day, weekends (depending on assigned shift)
30. Attendance, diligence, punctuality, reliability
31. This position requires interpersonal skills & the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment
