You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Commercial
1. Hold responsibility for the existing Sephora Retail Network in your Area including new openings and closing
2. Drive stores / corners and region to reach monthly and annual commercial targets as well as store profitability targets
3. Supervise the regions P&L (incl. retail sales, people, cost management, stock management)
4. Monitor Business KPIs (e.g. conversion rate, Sephora market share, AVB, ITB, Lovemeter, Google reviews, recruitment,) and implement action plans to reach targets
5. Pro-activley propose florplan and assortment optimization
6. Know and monitor local markets, competitors and key players
7. Drive omnichannel sales target & growth throughout retail network
Retail Excellence/ Operational
8. Ensure the good implementation of Retail standards and processes in cooperation with Retail Ops department and excellent execution
9. Ensure team is compliant and follows policies (legal, HR, cleanliness, testers, prices, merchandising, cash, organization, etc)
10. Ensure safety and security of people and Sephora assets
11. Ensure inventory accuracy to guarantee available stock
12. Ensure stores / corners are giving your region an excellent image
Client Experience
13. Create a unique and addictive experience for our clients, ensuring sales as well as Sephora service and experience
14. Make sure Sephora Attitude is fully lived in all stores and lead by example
15. Ensure a clear zoning and floor management
16. Support CRM with a strong link to daily retail operations
17. Support and drive omnichannel projects to improve client experience
People Management
18. Recruit, develop and motivate teams in cooperation with HR
19. Monitor and mange staff satisfaction, absence and turnover
20. Be close to your Teams and set up strong relations
21. Coach Store Managers on the job during regular Store Visits
22. Develop and motivate your Teams, implement and guarantee successful onboardings for your managers and teams
23. Identify the potential and training needs of your Managers and set up realistic Action Plans together with HR and Trainings Team
