Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cluster Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport and Hyatt Centric Murano. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue performance by analyzing market trends, optimizing pricing strategies, and ensuring accurate forecasting across both properties. Working closely with the Revenue Management and Sales teams, you will contribute to maximizing profitability while maintaining Hyattu2019s commitment to exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue across all segments. Perform daily revenue management tasks, including rate and inventory control, ensuring optimal availability and pricing. Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable reports to stakeholders. Participate in weekly hotel strategy meetings, providing insights and analysis to guide decision-making. Assist with accurate forecasting and budgeting for all revenue streams, including Rooms and F&B. Support the implementation and maintenance of IDeaS RMS and other Hyatt systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with all hotel departments to drive overall revenue performance and achieve strategic goals. Monitor competitive set performance and leverage systems to optimize RevPAR and market share. Build a strong understanding of the distribution landscape, including OTAs and other key channels, to enhance visibility and profitability. Provide support for sales-driven tasks to align revenue strategies with commercial goals. Qualifications Bacheloru2019s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Some experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role is an advantage, but not required. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Basic understanding of revenue management principles and hotel distribution systems.
