Product Manager Role Overview
The Product Manager will oversee the development and maintenance of our telecoms fixed voice and data products, focusing on efficiency, profitability, maximum sales, and minimum churn.
* Define and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives
* Collaborate with technical leads to design robust, secure, scalable services that meet telecoms best-practices
* Partner with architects and engineers to prioritize features, improvements, and service evolution
* Own the full product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and service definition to launch, iteration, and decommissioning
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to enhance offerings
* Ensure services comply with regulatory, security, and operational standards
* Lead initiatives to increase adoption and awareness across internal stakeholders and customer base
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in product management within the telecoms industry
* Strong expertise in fixed-line technologies, broadband, VoIP, and network infrastructure
* Good understanding of emerging trends like IoT, 5G, cloud-based technologies
* Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts
* Proficient in utilizing corporate AI assistants and other productivity tools
* Excellent business acumen
* Excellent presentation skills and autonomy
* Fluent in English and French
