They are now searching for a Field Service Engineer
- Advise customers as a technical specialist to resolve issues related to system and process engineering.
* Assist with service order workflows by providing technical input for quotations and proposals.
* Deliver application training and provide hands-on support so customers can use systems efficiently.
* Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, or equivalent vocational qualification (e.g., Comparable professional experience in technical field service is also acceptable.
* Comfortable using digital tools (service apps, ticketing and ERP systems) as part of daily work.
* Strong communication skills in German and English.
* Customer-focused, independent worker with a practical, hands-on approach. Willingness to travel regularly and to represent the company professionally in an international environment.
