Overview
Head of Sales (f/m/x) at First Climate. Lead international sales efforts, drive growth, and build a high-performance sales organization in the field of sustainability and climate solutions.
Responsibilities
* Drive business growth by executing First Climate Market’s international sales strategy, expanding market reach, and increasing revenue.
* Proactively acquire, develop, and manage key corporate accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
* Maintain a structured sales pipeline with well-documented activities to ensure consistent new business generation.
* Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Identify and penetrate high-potential industry sectors, leveraging market insights to drive sales success.
* Stay ahead of market trends, corporate carbon strategies, and business drivers to strengthen First Climate’s positioning.
* Represent First Climate at industry events, trade forums, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and industry influence.
* Provide mentorship, guidance and establish targets that contribute to a high-performance sales culture within the team.
Qualifications
* Experience: 5–7 years in corporate sales, account management, or business development, with a proven track record of acquiring and managing key accounts.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify new business opportunities, develop high-value relationships, and engage decision-makers in complex organizations.
* Sales Excellence: Structured, results-oriented approach to managing and growing a sales pipeline.
* Leadership & Team Development: Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring a high-performance sales team.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in sustainability, renewable energy, or corporate climate solutions is a plus.
* Communication & Negotiation: Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* Languages: Business fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is essential.
