Your tasks:
* Independent execution and monitoring of monthly payroll processing for our German entities using SAP S/4HANA
* Handling all payroll-related topics such as social security, income tax, company pension schemes, and time management
* Serving as a contact person for employees, managers, and external parties regarding all payroll matters
* Maintaining and verifying payroll-relevant data as well as preparing analyses and reports
* Contributing to the ongoing optimization and digitalization of payroll processes
* Supporting internal and external audits (e.g. auditors, social security institutions)

Your skills:
* Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training in payroll accounting
* Professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably with SAP S/4HANA
* Sound knowledge of income tax and social security law
* Basic knowledge of payroll accounting processes
* Strong service orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills
* High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and discretion
* Enjoyment in shaping and optimizing processes
* Good MS Office skills
* Enjoy communicating in an intercultural environment in both German and English, spoken and written
