Job Opportunity
The primary objective of this role is to establish and manage training programs for all staff members, contributing to identifying learning needs and participating in the development and implementation of our organization's training strategy.
* Ensure effective monitoring and control of training activities, including planning, registrations, venues, and resources.
* Assume responsibility for organizing training events, encompassing planning, registration, rooms, and tools, which is crucial for a successful experience.
* Develop partnerships with external training providers and internal trainers to ensure the quality of training programs.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of human resources processes related to training.
Required Profile
* A high school diploma, advanced technical certificate, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field is required.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, particularly in the field of training, is necessary.
* Fluency in written and spoken English, as well as German, is desired.
* In-depth knowledge of MS Office is essential.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude are required.
* Curiosity about teaching, an appetite for digital tools, and new forms of learning are valuable assets.
* Organizational skills, discipline, and team spirit are necessary.
