Your Tasks
* Learning & Skill Building
o Contribute to the coordination, development and continuous improvement of learning initiatives.
o Support the production of digital learning formats for internal audiences
* Talent & Leadership Development
o Assist in the setup and execution of talent development program by conducting research, preparing supporting materials, and coordinating relevant activities
o Provide logistical and content support for the implementation of our Leadership Flagship Program
* Performance & Development Processes
o Help further develop our performance management framework by preparing training materials as well as tracking progress
* Project & Operational Support
o Support daily operations and strategic projects across Learning, Talent & Performance
o Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives by managing administrative tasks and supporting communication within the People & Culture team
Your Profile
* You are studying Human Resources, Social Science, Adult Education, Business Administration, or a related field, and are at least in your 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree or have already started a Master's program
* You have 15–20 hours per week to support our team
* Well-organized, structured, and able to work independently
* Competencies in working with AI-based tools (e.g. ChatGPT; Synthesia; Canva) and first experience in project management are a strong plus
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German fluency is a plus
* Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a dynamic team environment
