Technischer Leiter Instandhaltung (m/w/d) – Hays
Responsibilities
* Leading, mentoring and further developing the maintenance team to ensure high quality, performance, and motivation standards.
* Ensuring compliance with all EASA Part‑145, occupational safety, and quality guidelines, correct maintenance documentation, and clear communication with customers.
* Coordinating and planning maintenance projects, including risk analysis, resource and budget control, and implementing safety regulations.
* Ensuring availability of tools, equipment and materials, maintaining relevant maintenance data, and initiating training for regulatory changes.
Qualifications
* At least five years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a Part‑145 organization.
* Fundamental knowledge of EASA Part‑145 regulations.
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills and familiarity with maintenance management software.
* Strong leadership and budgeting experience, including financial planning and proactive risk mitigation.
