We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant to provide consulting and support services across SAP S/4HANA Finance and classic SAP FI/CO. You will play a key role in delivering, optimising and transforming financial processes for customers, working independently on projects and collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams.
This role offers exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformations, ECC to S/4HANA migrations and ongoing application support, making it ideal for a consultant who enjoys both project delivery and operational excellence.
Requirements
* Provide consulting and support to customers in SAP S/4HANA Finance and classic SAP FI/CO
* Independently manage projects focused on the implementation and optimisation of financial processes
* Analyse business requirements and design, configure and implement SAP Finance solutions
* Support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformations, including migration of FI/CO data and processes
* Participate in carve‑out projects and system separations
* Support Application Management Services (AMS) teams by assisting with incident and ticket resolution
* Customise and configure SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance modules to meet customer requirements
* Deliver user training, provide ongoing support and conduct workshops (e.g. Fit‑Gap workshops)
Professional Experience
* Several years' experience as an SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant
* Strong experience in analysing, designing and implementing financial processes in SAP
* Proven track record of leading and delivering SAP Finance projects
* Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and/or preliminary projects
Technical Skills
* In‑depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration and customising
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects
* Familiarity with data and process migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
* Experience conducting Fit‑Gap analyses and business workshops

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience advising customers, including at management level
* Strong customer‑focused and business‑oriented mindset
* Ability to work independently and manage project teams effectively
