Tasks:
* Supporting suppliers in the assessment and rework of purchased parts
* Recording and analyzing deviations in purchased parts
* 8D tracking and validation
* Root cause analysis (internal and external)
* Escalation management in collaboration with Production and Purchasing
* Ensuring supplier compliance with specifications and regulations
* Interface function between Purchasing, SCM,
* Project Management, Design, and suppliers
Requirements:
* Completed technical training with further training as a technician or a completed degree in a STEM field
* Several years of technical professional experience or initial experience in the rail vehicle sector
* Independent and self-reliant working style as well as confident handling of common quality, failure analysis, and complaint management tools (e.g., 8D and RCA methods)
* Desirable: Experience with internal and external audits
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
* Strong communication skills Communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to travel occasionally
* Confident with MS Office; SAP knowledge is desirable
