Job Description: Working Student Legal ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a Working Student to support Fluence’s Legal Team in Europe with the implementation of tools and technologies and administration of Fluence’s contracts with customers and suppliers. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to implementing new tools and approaches and to working on complex commercial arrangements of a global organization through all phases of the contracting and project execution stages. As a Working Student in our team, in relation to the markets that Fluence is active in in EMEA, your responsibilities on any given day will include but not be limited: Your responsibilities: What’s your average day going to look like? You will render support to the Legal team by: Implementing and maintaining AI based contracting and contract management tools, creating, managing, and updating our contract templates and the contract repository, providing administrative and contract support for standard non-disclosure agreements providing general administrative support to other members of the Legal Team on as “as needed” basis, e.g. Legal Workshops, Legal Tools, Legal subscriptions.
