Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist in Germany, with experience of day-to-day HR activities, who enjoys working in an international setting and wants to develop further in this area.
You will actively work with the German HR teams to deliver people services for German colleagues working. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of HR administration within our HR team, under the HR Country Lead management.
About the contract:
Fixed term contract: May to August
Part time work: 20h per week
Our preferred option Stuttgart, but remote working also is an option.
Responsibilities
* Email Management: Be responsible to handle and answer queries received in the shared HR HR Service and Payroll mailbox.
* Payroll Support: Assist in gathering necessary information for payroll processing.
* Benefits Administration: Handle benefits administration (such as private medical coverage and vouchers) using online portals.
* Internal Systems Liaison: Act as a point of contact for other internal systems as needed.
* New Starter and Leaver Process: Assist with onboarding new employees and managing the departure process for leavers.
* Employee Change Letters: Manage employee change letters, including salary adjustments, role changes, manager updates, and references.
* Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
* Fluent in spoken and written German and English
* 5 years of experience in HR generalist tasks, especially in HR administration and payroll
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Good time management with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Ability to work independently
* Attention to detail to handle tasks with accuracy
