What you can expect
* Administration and continuous optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment (incl. Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* Support of the network infrastructure with a focus on availability, security and performance
* Management of Active Directory, group policies and user rights
* Implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Teams-based telephony solutions (incl. Teams Calling and Collaboration)
* Technical support for end users with questions and faults
* Planning and implementation of system upgrades, migrations and integrations
* Collaboration with internal IT teams to further develop communication and collaboration solutions
* Monitoring system performance and ensuring compliance with internal IT guidelines
* Documenting configurations and processes and providing training for users
What you can expect
* Completed studies or training in the field of (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience as a system administrator, with a focus on Microsoft 365, AD, networks and modern communication technologies
* Profound knowledge in the administration of Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft Teams and Teams telephony
* Experience with network infrastructures, VPNs, firewalls and security protocols
* Knowledge of VoIP, PBX systems and telephony hardware is an advantage
* Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and ability to work in a team
* Good written and spoken German and English skills
