Overview
We are seeking a Global Process Owner Data to define and lead the roadmap for the data-process stream from the business side, focusing on data flows and related processes within Salesforce and across systems (SAP, Customer Platform). The role involves designing and optimizing data provisioning for customer-facing processes to ensure a seamless and consistent User Experience (UX).
Responsibilities
* Define and lead the roadmap for your process stream from the business side, focusing on data flows and related processes within Salesforce and cross-system integration (SAP, Customer Platform).
* Drive the design and optimization of data provisioning for customer-facing processes to ensure a seamless and consistent UX.
* Consult and challenge fellow GPOs from other process streams (Sales, Marketing, CPQ) to ensure cohesive and efficient processes.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams of Business and IT colleagues to deliver impactful product features and steering mechanisms through major and continuous release cycles.
* Leverage expertise in user-centric process design, data handling, automations, and analytics to translate market requirements and innovative ideas into actionable product features.
