Job Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for IT work in the HR domain across the European region, focusing on HR system requirements management, system maintenance, and digital project implementation. Ensure HR operations run efficiently and compliantly by aligning with local European regulations (such as GDPR) and collaborating with Group IT, Regional IT, and Group/Regional HR teams.
Daily Support and Operations of HR Systems
- Responsible for daily support of HR systems in the European region, including (but not limited to) SAP SuccessFactors (SF). Provide user operation training for HR teams across Europe to ensure proficiency and improve system usage efficiency.
- Respond quickly to system issues, troubleshoot abnormalities, optimize system defects, and support functional upgrades and data transitions related to organizational structure adjustments and personnel changes.
- Continuously improve system stability and user experience to ensure efficient operation of HR systems.
HR System Requirements Management and Business Process Optimization
- Sort out and analyze HR system business requirements in the European region, focusing on core modules such as master data management, SAP SuccessFactors (SF), GDPR compliance, local payroll processes, attendance, and employee self-services.
- Optimize and standardize business processes based on European HR scenarios and compliance requirements to enhance HR digital capabilities and achieve efficient and standardized workflows.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to promote continuous improvement of HR system functionalities and ensure strong alignment between system capabilities and business needs.
HR Digital Project Promotion and Implementation
- Support the rollout of new SAP SuccessFactors (SF) modules annually, including but not limited to EC Expansion, Performance Management, Compensation, and Recruitment management.
- Lead implementation and delivery of digital systems for payroll and attendance management within the framework of the Group’s annual digital planning. Coordinate resources, develop project plans, track key milestones, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Drive HR digital transformation and support ongoing optimization and innovation of HR operations in the European region.
