Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional support to customers and third-party providers on a daily basis
* Collaborate with sales, product and IT teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and requests
* Develop and implement process improvements within the function
* Work closely with other departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Requirements:
* Degree in finance, business or technology is preferred
* Strong understanding of fintech industry trends and technical concepts
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client care and support
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in French and English
