Cybersecurity & Infrastructure
* Monitor and strengthen our cybersecurity posture across cloud infrastructure and applications
* Assess risks, manage vulnerabilities, and support incident response
* Plan and conduct penetration tests; coordinate external security audits
Data Governance & Microsoft Purview
* Set up and develop Microsoft Purview
* Structure our data landscape and define data governance guidelines
AI & Automation in the Company
* Strategically introduce and develop AI tools across the company
* Build AI agents and automation solutions
* Advise teams on the efficient use of AI
Information security & ISO
* Responsibility for ISO topics (e.g., ISO 27001 / 9001)
* Maintain documentation and support audit preparation
Your profile
* Knowledge of information security, compliance, or ISO standards
* Experience with penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security monitoring
* Experience with Microsoft Purview or data governance systems
* Understanding of AI tools, automation, or agent systems
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* Structured approach to work and enjoyment of building systems and processes
Would be nice
* Knowledge of German compliance requirements
* Experience with cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft/Azure)
