As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Head of Operations to drive the professionalization and optimization of their operational setup across multiple locations. This role will be instrumental in shaping the operational blueprint of their clinics, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and optimize the operational performance of all clinic locations, ensuring efficiency and profitability (P&L responsibility).
* Develop and implement a standardized operational framework for clinics, ensuring seamless integration of digital and in-person care.
* Build and lead a high-performing operations team to support the expansion and ongoing management of clinic locations.
* Collaborate closely with medical professionals to drive continuous improvement in patient care and operational effectiveness.
* Support the strategic rollout of new medical concepts across the clinic network.
Your Profile:
* Extensive experience in healthcare management, a similar operational leadership role, or strategy consulting with a focus on the healthcare sector.
* Passion for transforming outpatient healthcare and creating modern, efficient, and patient-centric medical services.
* Strong understanding of digitalization and organizational excellence in a healthcare setting.
* Proven track record of driving operational improvements and scaling business units.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills to refine and enhance processes continuously.
* Open to Business Travel when required.
