Job Overview
Works under the supervision of administrative division management to gain hands-on experience in various activities related to admin support, management, business support, etc.
*Job Requirements*
* Collecting, processing, verifying and reporting admin related-information to the vertical head.
* Assisting in the creation, maintenance, and entry of information into databases; typing and distributing memos, meeting minutes, and presentations for staff.
* Managing visitors and providing them relevant information.
* Maintaining master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals and keeping them up-to-date.

Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
