As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Beam, you will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade AI automations tailored to real business processes. You'll also support integration efforts with client systems and ensure smooth delivery from concept to deployment.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment, with a strong technical foundation, programming skills, a process-oriented mindset, and a passion for AI. Drive the entire lifecycle of AI automation deployment, from understanding customer requirements, through solution design, to hands-on implementation using our no-code Agent OS.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.
At least 5 years of experience in roles like Solution Engineering, IT Consulting, Implementation or Deployment Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with prompt engineering, including writing, testing, and optimizing prompts in a structured way.
Programming skills, especially in Python or Node.js.
Project management experience, able to manage delivery timelines and client expectations.
Experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
