Tasks
We are looking for a (Senior) Business Data Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of data and analytics initiatives, from early problem framing to delivery and adoption.
You’ll work closely with customers to turn complex questions into smart, actionable solutions.
1. Own and support analytics and data-driven initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and solution design to delivery and stakeholder alignment.
2. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate ambiguous needs into clear analytical approaches and actionable outcomes.
3. Work with large, complex datasets, ensuring data quality and usability using analytics, web analytics, cloud, and BI tools.
4. Identify opportunities where data, advanced analytics, automation, or GenAI can unlock business value.
5. Support the transition of prototypes and PoCs into scalable production solutions with Data Engineers and Data Scientists.

Requirements

Required experience and skills
6. 2–5+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, or BI solutions with increasing ownership.
7. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets. Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions that inform decisions.
8. Hands-on experience with cloud-based analytics environments (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS) and modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
9. Clear communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Depending on your experience, you may also bring:
10. Ownership of complex or ambiguous analytics projects.
11. Working knowledge of advanced analytics, data engineering, ML, or GenAI
12. Experience contributing to business cases, acting as a point of escalation, and mentoring junior colleagues.
