Senior Paid Social Manager – Frankfurt, Germany – Performance & Growth
Working for an international Brand Experience Agency, you'll be partnering with leading global brands to drive performance-led paid social strategy across multiple markets. In this role you will –
* Lead end-to-end, full-funnel paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
* Design and implement data-backed strategies aligned to business growth and performance objectives.
* Drive continuous optimisation through testing frameworks, performance analysis and actionable insight.
* Collaborate closely with analytics, creative and strategy teams to ensure cohesive execution.
* Define and track KPIs across the funnel, delivering clear performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
* Contribute to workflow, automation and process improvements to support scalability and efficiency.
You'll need to bring –
• At least 3 years' experience in paid social or performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise across major paid social platforms.
• Deep understanding of optimisation, testing methodologies and real-time bidding.
• A data-led mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders or clients.
• Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English language skills (German is advantageous).
Nice to have –
• Experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Teads).
• Familiarity with ad servers and advanced tracking setups.
• Experience with analytics tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
