To strengthen our "CTMS" department (Northern Germany / home office), we are currently looking for an IT Business Administrator / Service Technician (m/f/d) Your responsibilities: First and second level support by phone, email, and remote maintenance. Commissioning of tool dispensing systems and tool management software. Analysis and handling of technical malfunctions with the customer. User and rights management in Microsoft-based environments.
