Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for building connections, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth? We are searching for a motivated Lead Development Representative (m/f/d) to join our team.

If you’re ready to inspire new customers and play a vital role in shaping our success, then we want to hear from you!

Your Tasks:

Inbound Lead Qualification:

1. Follow up on inbound leads, assess their needs, and conduct discovery calls
2. Collaborate with marketing to understand lead sources and nurture campaigns

Outbound Prospecting:

3. Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage potential customers
4. Research target accounts and decision-makers, focusing on warmed-up prospects

Cold Calling and Outreach:

5. Generate new leads through cold calls and personalized outreach strategies
6. Overcome objections and effectively communicate our value proposition

Pipeline Development:

7. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless handovers to the sales team
8. Work with account executives to prioritize high-quality opportunities and meet quotas

Collaboration and Improvement:

9. Partner with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
10. Analyze performance, share insights, and stay updated on industry trends

Your Profile:

11. Successfully completed studies in business administration, sales, marketing, or comparable commercial training
12. 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, or a related role
13. Proven success in identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers, with a focus on building long-term relationships
14. Strong communication skills with a passion for customer interaction and a service-oriented mindset
15. Results-driven with a resilient, motivated attitude to excel in a dynamic environment
16. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce; experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus
17. A structured, independent work style with a high degree of initiative and accountability
18. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
