In our team, we design & implement processes and steer projects based on global People & Organizational Development guidelines, focusing on our unit, and support the specific strategy of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG. Your role Design and implement segment-wide, skills-based talent and performance strategies, including initiatives to support a High Performance Culture, aligned with specific business goals Support the development of advanced skills taxonomies, internal talent marketplaces, and flexible career architectures. Collaborate closely with corporate functions, such as the global People Development Department, business leaders, and HR Business Managers (HRBMs) to anticipate future skill needs and drive proactive workforce transformation. Identify solutions and integrate AI and predictive analytics into our talent and performance processes Build organizational change readiness in close collaboration with the Senior Manager Change and Culture. Co-create and execute roadmaps for talent and performance management, as well as culture activation. Design and conduct impactful training sessions and workshops for MED HR teams and leaders. Provide guidance and support to leaders in aligning HR initiatives and new competencies with strategic business goals, and assist them with daily business questions and challenges Oversee the design and governance of innovative, skills-based compensation and recognition programs to enhance High Performance Teams, succession planning, employee retention, and seamless talent management Join a global, diverse, and supportive HR team that collaborates with exciting clients in the medical industry. Your profile A higher education degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, complemented by relevant professional qualifications or accreditations Considerable experience in talent management, change management, and/or organizational development roles, along with strong coaching and stakeholder management skills Extensive coaching and consulting experience with the ability to adapt to the specific needs of clients and stakeholders Proven track record in steering, monitoring, and improving processes, as well as analyzing KPIs and data to translate insights and strategies into actionable improvement plans within a global matrix environment In-depth expertise in skills-based talent management, AI-enabled HR and people analytics High learning agility, innovation mindset and resilience in complex, fast-changing environments.
