Oliver Wyman is a global management consultancy with strong relationships in all corners of industry, government, and non-profit organizations. We are seeking an Experienced Hire Recruiter to join our team in Munich.
Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the Experienced Hire Recruiter is responsible for the day-to-day operations of recruiting for experienced consultants, ensuring that hiring goals are achieved. Set and manage expectations of Partner and Consulting staff across Practice Groups with regard to recruitment targets and timelines.
Provide regular updates on the candidate pipeline to the responsible Partner in the Practice Group / geography and Europe Head of Recruiting Management
Liaise with the HC Services team to ensure files are complete, visa issues are identified, etc.
Work with Talent Management, Learning & Development and Operations teams to ensure successful integration of new staff.
Maintain/update recruiting IT system (WorkDay) and required databases to ensure accuracy of information for firm use.
Assist with other areas of recruitment projects as required.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Fluency in German and English.
Full end to end recruiting life cycle experience – 5+ years of experience either working internally as a recruiter or for a headhunter. Ability to manage heavy workloads in a fast-paced environment, working independently and as part of an international team.
