We are looking for you to join our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity!
Your new job includes
You will act as a competent contact person for the banking community and for the Heinemann Group's worldwide subsidiaries.
In particular, you will
* manage international payment transactions and carry out daily cash management, including foreign exchange trading
* support the implementation of global cash pooling
* closely coordinate financial planning and banking structure with the subsidiaries in the region for which you are responsible
* manage loan agreements and interest statements and support liquidity and net debt planning
* assist with surety and guarantee processes and be responsible for regulatory KYC and banking requirements
* monitor and support the implementation of the interest rate and currency strategy
* maintain the departmental systems – in particular the Coupa treasury management system (formerly TM5 by Bellin)
* plan and implement treasury projects
Preferred Profile
* A successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, ideally supplemented by completed banking training
* Initial practical experience in treasury, ideally in an international company
* Knowledge of treasury management systems (preferably Coupa) and ideally experience with SAP R/3
* Confident use of MS Office applications
* Business fluent written and spoken German and English
* A structured and independent approach to work
* An open-minded and communicative personality and a high degree of teamwork skills
