Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst you are tasked with turning data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.
You are responsible for:
1. Collecting data from various sources. This can be statistical data, static data of different target group, but also behavioral data, of course GDPR compliant
2. Guarding data quality and integrity, to ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and reliable
3. Maintaining our databases. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing and updating our databases. Your role is crucial in supporting ongoing data storage and retrieval needs
4. Interpretation, combine data and use of data. Your analyses, based on multiple data sources, will help extract meaningful insights and trends, which are the basis of further marketing actions. You also take the lead in testing different ‘farmer journeys’
5. Reporting: Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments
6. Collaboration: Coordinate with different stakeholders in cross functional teams to align business and informational priorities. These activities reflect on numerous data This also involves supporting and training colleagues in the daily use of our data systems
Profile
7. Completed commercial training or a degree in information management, statistics, business administration, marketing, or a comparable field
8. You possess practical experience with statistical software (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo) and master data analysis languages (SQL)
9. You exhibit exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data sets
10. Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights
11. Demonstrate communication and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background
12. Very good knowledge of German and English
13. A team player with strong conceptual and communication skills, who brings initiative and thrives in a project team setting
14. An understanding of the agricultural industry and business operations is a plus
15. Your workplace will be at our Dülmen site, with the option of home office in consultation with the team
