MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Bachelor/Master or experience in fields of business administration, event planning, customer correspondence etc.
Knowledge of automotive trends and basic supply chain operations
English working competency, ideally also German, Korean etc.
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
Pro-active and professional communication of operational business matters
Quick adaptibility and ability to support management directions
Process documentation and creating management reports in neat manner
Openness to work in multicultural environment, ideally familiar with Korean culture
Coordinate Genesis related business issues and strategic discussions between MPE (Mobis Parts Europe) and GME (Genesis Motor Europe)
Correspond to business requests of car companies, MPE internal departments or PDCs and regular update overview on business status
Organize regular online and offline meetings with car company respresentatives and MPE relevant spokespersons. Keep track of meeting minutes and status progress
Manage MPE internal management meetings and key business status related to customer feedback and requests
Organize external events for enhancing customer relationship (hospitality events, central parts conference etc.)
Report regular insights of current automotive trends in relation to automotive aftermarket business
Support team's correspondence with car companies and MPE managements preparation for attending car company conferences
Plan /Initiate central company events with MPE management for regular business review and strategic discussions at different locations (Half-year workshops, GM Board)
Manage team budget and assets. Manage management credit card expenses. Regular reporting of team expenses (business trips, conference attendance, hospitality events etc.)
Support MPE management in hosting central meetings, preparation of meeting agenda, schedule, participants, material, follow-up, progress monitoring etc.)
