About the Role
We are currently hiring Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced digital environment this opportunity is for you!
Youll be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch support while representing a global brand (brand name not used publicly).
Working Hours
* Schedule: Monday to Sunday
* Shifts: Between 09:00 and18:00
* Rotating shifts apply
Compensation & Benefits
* Excellent Base Salary
* Performance Bonus: Up to 200 month based on metrics
* Training: Fully paid, lasting 15 working days and from home

Skills & Requirements
* German: Native or C2 level
* English: B2 level minimum
* Technical knowledge: Very good (ability to handle product/service inquiries efficiently)
* Strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude
* Comfortable working independently from home
