HR Manager I Frankfurt I €65-75,000 + Bonus
The Role:
As Human Resources Manager you will be the regional point person required to support day-to-day HR operations across Germany and the broader European region. You will be responsible for executing core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment coordination, compliance support, and HR administration and will need to be a hands-on HR professional who understands how to balance organizational priorities with employee support—ensuring policies are applied consistently while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
Must Haves:
* 4+ years HR experience, preferably within Germany or the EU
* Positive, outgoing, confident personality that energizes the people around you
* Experience in a start up, fast paced environment, able to adapt to various industry and company changes and prioritize tasks effectively
* Genuine self starter with strong problem solving skills and the ability to own projects through to completion
* Strong understanding of German labor laws, HR and compliance practices
* Strong commercial mindset, able to balance company policies with employee support
* Fluent in English (required
* Experience with HRIS systems
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Nice To Haves (but not essential):
* Specific experience with Workday HRIS system would be ideal
* Experience working in manufacturing or renewable energy sectors would be beneficial
* Experience working with a European wide workforce would be very useful
* Strong speaker of other European languages
