To strengthen our HR team at our production site in Pritzwalk, we are looking for a dedicated
Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) – Manufacturing who enjoys bringing people and organizations together, developing HR processes, and contributing to an international work environment.
Your Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
* Independent management of the entire recruitment process – from job posting and candidate selection through interviews to contract preparation and onboarding of new employees.
Workforce Planning:
* Supporting departments in identifying staffing needs and implementing efficient recruitment strategies aligned with production and corporate objectives.
Employee Relations:
* Acting as a contact person for managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee engagement.
HR Administration:
* Maintaining employee master data and documents in HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS); ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
Training & Development:
* Contributing to training initiatives and development programs to promote the growth of professional and managerial staff.
Change Management & Organization:
* Supporting organizational change processes, development projects, and HR-specific improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
Education:
* Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
Professional Experience:
* 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with a focus on recruiting and talent acquisition.
Expertise:
* Sound knowledge of labor law and HR processes; confident handling of HR systems and applicant tracking tools (e.g., Coveto, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Language Skills:
* Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Working Style:
* Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable; precise execution of administrative and legal requirements.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team orientation, organizational talent, and a high level of initiative and discretion.
