For KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, we are looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) Seed Treatment Sugarbeet to start as soon as possible. This exciting and diverse position is permanent, full-time and based in Einbeck.
This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position while gaining deep, hands-on insight into modern, highly automated seed production processes. You will contribute to international projects and actively shape and improve production processes.

What you can look forward to:
1. Lead, manage, and development of a well-established and motivated team
2. Ensure efficient and stable operational flow by continuous technical and organizational improvement
3. Manage projects in close collaboration with local processing responsibles and stakeholders across countries
4. Shift- and vacation planning including organization of seasonal peaks. Anticipation of material needs
5. Plan and manage budgets (personnel, cost centers, investments)
6. Close collaboration with peers and neighboring functions (e.g. disposition, technical department, quality labs, seed technology, business partner, …)
7. Monitor, analyze, and interpret production KPIs to drive performance and improvement
Bring in your strengths:
8. Completed university degree or comparable qualification with relevant working experience in agriculture or industry
9. Understanding of agricultural production / seed industry with focus on seed processing desirable
10. Proven experience in process improvement and project management
11. Fluent German and English required; additional languages are welcome
12. Strong IT skills, including MS Office and ERP systems (ideally SAP); experience with MES and Power BI is a plus
13. Solution-oriented team player with strong networking skills, comfortable with complexity and open to challenge the status quo.
14. High intrinsic motivation for the role and independent working attitude
15. Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
