Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the rollout of the EB process template and IT solution in defined countries
2. Collaborating on new projects related to digitization in order entry, including process automation and implementation of modern IT solutions
3. Working with local key users, project teams, and the GPM organization
4. Ensuring knowledge transfer to local organizations
5. Accompanying change processes and motivating teams to adapt their working methods based on EB process templates and digital solutions
6. Performing analyses (business readiness), presenting and training on the EB template in IT solutions, and managing SWTs and various tests
7. Support in the cutover and hypercare phases
8. Support GPO and BPE in developing solutions for identified gaps (GAPs)
9. Support change management to help local key users use the new solution correctly
Qualifications:
10. Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with a degree in business administration or qualification as an industrial business administrator (f/m/d)
11. Independent, structured way of working and confident manner
12. Sound knowledge of SAP (SD/MM module)
13. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to cooperate effectively and exert influence
14. Intercultural competence, openness, sensitivity, and respect when dealing with different cultures
15. Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
16. Very good English skills (at least level B2)
17. Experience in projects, either as a team member or in a leadership role (stream lead)
