[Role & Responsibilities]
* Quality Representative (contact window) for EU customer
* Customer 0Km / Field quality issue Handling co-working with HQ and manufacturing sites
* Customer plant of HQ on-site support regarding quality issues
* Leading or supporting quality audit (PPAP/ISIR) at manufacturing sites
* Change management support
[Qualifications]
Minimum Qualifications
* Fluent in Korean and English (German advantages)
* Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Chemistry, Mechanics, Electronics, and so on)
* Quality experience in relevant fields (Automotive, Electronics, Battery, Chemical)
* Knowledge of QM systems (AIAG Core tool, IATF 16949, VDA)
* No restriction to travel abroad
* Good PC Knowledge, incl. PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel
* Outstanding communication, coordination and organization skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Quality auditor certification (VDA 6.3, IATF)
* Specific knowledge of Battery Cell & Module pats
* 3+ years of relevant work experience
